furnished.
- Upper sundeck is the length of the back of the home and leads to the sunporch. Both sundeck and sunporch
view the Lake.
- Home gym and elliptical.
- Walkers have free reign on a quiet country road, and 4 acres of lawn and woods. Hiking boots are
useful.
- Bring your boats and jet skis. Celebrations is equipped with 4 covered lifts, and 3 waterfront
sundecks, and sandy swimming beaches.
- Toddlers can wade along the shoreline behind the boathouse. You'll back your boat out into 8' of water and immediately
be in the main lake!

- Gates at the Millstone Road entrance and the Blue Heron Park entrance can be closed if you desire.

Helpful Facts:
The ground level is carpeted, entry level and loft are hardwood. All baths and both laundries
(total 2 washers and 2 dryers) are tiled. Master grooming suite boasts hardwood floors and tile.
Enjoy a carefree vacation since your possessions are protected by a Security Monitoring System controlled by
a keychain remote issued at check-in.
- The Upper Kitchen serves the Formal Dining Room (seats 10 in massive chairs), Breakfast Nook (seats
10),Great Room, Sun Room (Child Table with 4 chairs), and Formal Living Room.
- Lower level boasts the huge recreation area with a second full kitchen, 3 tables seating 12,
plus 8 barstools, and a Child Table with 4 chairs).
- Two bedrooms arranged as Jack and Jill with locking doors entering a large bath and a bunk room with hall bath are
step savers.
- Outdoor seating abounds on upper deck and lower covered porch.
- Lakeside dining : 2 large picnic tables
- 4 DIRECTV receivers,assorted DVD players and VCRs.
- Surround sound home theater and outdoor sound on decks will compliment your vacation. You can bring your DVD's,
