Cancellation Policy: Rent deposits are fully refundable less a 10% administrative fee if the premises are re-rented on the terms set forth in the agreement. If not re-rented on the terms of the agreement, tenant will not be entitled to a refund of any rent payment made. We make every effort to re-rent.
