2011 Rental Rates
January-February: $2500 per week
March: $3000 per week
April-May: $3500 per week
June: $4500 per week
July - August 6: $5200 per week
August 6-27: $4500 per week
August 27-September 10: $7000 total for 2 week package
Security deposit $1000.00 is refundable when no damage is observed. Cleaning and bed/bath linen
provided at $500 per week. NC tax of 7.75% will be added to rental fee only in accordance with tax laws.
All towels and sheets furnished, no packing and transporting for you! Beds are made for you. Lake
towels are provided for use on site.

Celebrations can house one group per week and requests arrive daily.. Available weeks change
frequently and we advise reserving your choice immediately.
We offer concierge service to help make your vacation, reunion, or special event perfect. You
will not find a superior rental home this size at Lake Gaston. 24 guests can enjoy Celebrations for
less than $39 per person per day, in peak summer season, making it perfect for muti-generational gatherings or group
vacations. If your group is larger, please inquire. Celebrations has 9063 square feet of space including decks and porches. Your
